    Concept

In a context where privacy and overlooking are sensitive issues, the aim was to bring greenery and natural light into the house through a central courtyard. This conservatory is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional Islamic courtyards, which protected inhabitants from the harsh natural elements and desert sun, and the unwelcome prying eyes of neighbours, creating a tranquil and luxurious heart within the home. The colonnade concept blends traditional and contemporary architecture.
