  • Location

    Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

  • Area

    1,000 sqm

  • Scope

    Architecture and Landscape

  • Year

  • Status

    Concept

Inspired by desert dunes, the undulating building mass
emerges from and recedes into the ground, allowing for
garden access on multiple levels. Various terraces harbour
different activities, from an outdoor entertainment zone
in the lower ground, to sundecks on the upper ground, a
rooftop breakfast patio and private balconies. The sunken half
levels take advantage of the earth’s natural cooling properties
while shading louvres provide protection from the sun, with
north-facing windows opening out to luscious garden views,
and its cascading waterfall feature and pool.
